October 2012: We are happy to work with this NGO again by offering translations into English.
November 2012: 4 documents from Spanish into English. There was a rush to complete this translation, but our volunteers were able to deliver; our thanks go to them!
- Fundación Tierra Ibérica
Fundación Tierra Ibérica is a new NGO and was interested in our services, we were equally as interestedin their goals so were happy to work with them. This Spanish NGO, based in the autonomous community of Castilla y León, strives to defend the environment, preserve natural resources, improve cooperation with disadvantaged people and promotes sustainable development and environmental education.
November 2012: We kicked off our collaboration with the NGO by translating their website into English.

- Hope for Football
This Italian initiative seeks to encourage cooperation between Italy and Lithuania in social, educational and cooperative projects. Through the use of sport, football in particular, the NGO offers orphaned Lithuanian children the opportunity to discover the values, joy and positivity that these activities can give them, reducing the risk of emotional problems and negative situations at such a young age. Its objective is to bring combine sport and education for these children.

- Fundación Catalana Síndrome de Down (FCSD)
The main aim of this NGO is to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities, facilitating their integration into society and helping them to achieve their life goals, promoting personal development, dignity and respect.
October 2012: This time we helped the NGO with 2 short translations from Spanish into English.
November 2012: We translated a short article into English for this Barcelona-based NGO.

- CEAR (The Spanish Commission for Refugee Assistance)
This well-known NGOwas founded in 1979 and seeks to promote voluntary, humanitarian, independent and plural action. It also works to defend human rights and the right to asylum. We provided translations from Spanish into English and we continue to collaborate with them.
November 2012: With the help of our English-speaking volunteers and helpers, we were able to translate a short internal document into English and another one that was slightlz longer (2,600 words).

- Vision for Europe
October 2012: Vision for Europehope to organise a march to Brussels. We have translated their website into English, along with some documents.
- Setem Catalunya
This Spanish NGO was founded in Barcelona in 1968 and promotes international independent solidarity, raising awareness about the inequality between the North and South.
September 2012: We carried out some translations from German into English.
October 2012: We assisted with the translation of a document, consisting of over 6,000 words,from Catalan into English.
- Fundación Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente
We carried ou translations and transcriptions from Spanish to English for this well-known foundation which seeks to inspire a respect for other people, for living things and for the environment , honouring the legacy of Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente and giving fresh impetus to his life and work.
October 2012: We helped to translate some interviews for their quarterly magazine. This time, we helped the NGO out with some translations into English. The magazine comes out on the 21st December 2012. Don’t miss it!

- ASDE Scouts de España
ASDE Scouts de España is, as the name suggests, the Spanish branch of the worldwide youth movement. It works towards a better and fairer world in which care for the environment, respect for human rights and understanding between people and places are a reality.
March 2012: We translated 2 documents into English.
October 2012: In our most recent collaboration with this NGO, we translated a document into English for a new project for their centenary.
- Rete Pace per il Congo
NGO based in Italy consisting of missionaries and lay people who want to draw attention to the Congolese tragedy and put pressure on authorities. We have been helping Rete Pace per il Congo since last year, having translated the contents of their website. Its main objectives are to inform people about the tragic situation in this African country, as well as putting urging institutions to help resolve the problem in an effort to make politics and diplomacy a tool for the consolidation of peace. We continue to translate their monthly newsletters into English.

Italian NGO founded in 2002 that has 3 basic goals: to constructschool facilities, to supply clean water by building wells and to build clinics and medical facilities. We have helped them translate their website into English as well as translating various documents.

- Sonnenenergie für Westafrika e.V. (SEWA)
(Solar Energy for West Africa, short form: “SEWA”). This German non-profit organisation operates in West Africa, working to improve living conditions through the use of solar technology.
September 2012: We lent them our services with some translations from German into English.

This Belgian association aims to educate people about the environment, citizenship and North-South relations, taking a dual approach which involves:
• Raising public awareness of current environmental and socioeconomic issues in society.
• Promoting responsible citizenship, where people are united in their commitment to a vision of society that is more respectful towards the environment and human beings.
September 2012: We completed some translations from French into English.
- Mosoh Cameroun
Mosoh Cameroun aims to facilitate the integration of disabled people into society in Cameroon, as well as raising awareness of their rights and finding ways to improve their daily lives (tackling issues such as, social exclusion, terrible living conditions, limited opportunities for education and professional training, insufficient medical resources, etc).
April 2012: We completed some translations for their website.
- Aldeas Infantiles
We completed some translations into English for this international organisation which helps children in need, offering them a home and a future, as well as helping vulnerable families to support themselves.

We have been collaborating with Movimiento por la Paz (MPDL) almost since we first started. This NGO is a Development, Social Action and Humanitarian Action organisation andwas established in 1983. Since we first started working with this NGO, we mainlz completed translations from Spanish into English, as well as yearly interpretation services in those language combinations.

June 2012: We lent our services to this Italian organisation with some translations into English . We are completelz behind this organisation which seeks to stimulate social and economic growth in Tanzania.

This French association works to improve the living conditions of the most disadvantaged people and also promotes children’s rights.

This French association was founded in 1997 and has 3 main objectives:
- To coordinate a humanitarian aid programme.
• To put measures in place to safeguard biodiversity.
• To inform the public about sustainable development in France and in Europe.

This German association works with various relief organisations to provide rapid and effective aid in the wake of catastrophes and emergency situations abroad.

- Alliance ELIANT
We completed a translation into Spanish for Action Eliant (European Alliance of Initiatives for Applied Anthroposophy), an association that operates within Europe. The NGO believes that people should lead free lives and that this ethos should be incorporated into the EU institutional framework. Thus, it campaigns in the political sphere to establish a legal framework that complies with these beliefs and assists in the future development of this. 2012
We have been collaborating with them since 2010 with English translations.
- Fundación Manantial
This foundation seeks to ensure that those suffering from serious mental disorders are socially accepted, rehabilitated and integrated. We were able to lend this NGO our services with a translation into English.
Date of first project with them: August 2012.
- Fundación Dalma
This Spanish association was founded in 2008 and seeks to support those who are socially excluded or at risk of social exclusion. They achieve this through a series of projects which allow these people to actively contribute to society.
April 2012: We were asked by this NGO to translate a document into English.
- WWF España
The Spanish branch of the well-known NGO aims to stop the environmental deterioration of the planet and build a future in which man can live in harmony with nature by:
- Conserving biological diversity worldwide.
• Ensuring the use of renewable, sustainable natural resources.
• Promoting the reduction of contamination and waste.
April 2012: We translated a document into English.
- SNAP (Société pour la nature et les parcs du Canada), Québec section
March 2012: This Canadian association, founded in 2001, is dedicated to the protection of nature. We completed a translation from French into English.
- SMART
This inter-agency initiative was launched in 2002 and is a methodology for an improved survey method to assess the severity of a humanitarian crisis based on the nutritional status of children under 5 and the mortality rate of the population.
March 2012: we have been asked to translate this association’s website from Spanish into English.
- INDOC
This association was founded in 2009 and works to support the work of independent documentary makers. Its main objectives include:
- Establishing a structure to exhibit documentaries not shown on standard commercial channels.
• Promoting the production and completion of independent documentaries.
• Creating a forum to facilitate the exchange of ideas and knowledge.
• Establishing relationships with other organisations with the same objectives.
March 2012: We translated a document from Spanish into English.
- Centre d´Actions et de Réalisations Internationales (CARI)
This French association was founded in 1998 and its main objectives include:
- Increased food security.
• Fighting desertification.
• Valuing local resources.
• Protecting natural resources.
March 2012: We completed some translations into English.
- Les familles et environnement restaurés
February 2012: This association works to improve food security in rural and urban populations. We lent them our services by translating a document from French into English.
- Associazione Moses
This Italian association was founded in 2005 and works to foment international solidarity and improve the living conditions of populations living in squalor.
February 2012: We helped the NGO with some translations into English.
- Associazione Kaledo
This Italian association aims to educate the public about food safety issues.
February 2012: We completed a translation into English.
- Research Institute of Waldorf Education
This organisation was set up to investigate and improvethe quality of Waldorf Education, supporting projects that tackle educational issues. The organisation is made up of a diverse group of people, including teachers, psychologists and doctors.
We have supported the Research Institute with the translation of the book “On the Play of the Child” into Spanish (Sobre el juego del niño).

- Acción Contra el Hambre
We are constantly working with Acción Contra el Hambre (Action Against Hunger), and have collaborated on extremely important projects, translating training documents for them as well as presentations and material from English into Spanish for their training workshops with volunteers in South American countries. Over 30 volunteers took part in this project.
June and July 2012: We translated 3 documents for internal use from English into Spanish related to stress and burnout reduction.
November 2012: We translated yet more new documents. We thank all the volunteers who contributed, especially because the urgency of this project. November 2012
We are constantly collaborating with Acción Contra el Hambre (Action Against Hunger) on extremely important projects, translating training documents for them as well as presentations and material from Spanish into French for their headquarters in Canada and from English into Spanish for their training workshops with volunteers in South American countries. October 2012: We have worked with Fundación Recal before and we will continue to do so. This time, we translated 2 documents of over 10,000 words from English into Spanish with the help of 3 volunteers.

- Fair Trade – Sello Comercio Justo
This Spanish organisation seeks to ensure that producers and workers in Third World countries receive fair wages for their labour and it encourages consumers to purchase fair trade products in order to bring about positive change in trading relationships.

- Vision for Europe
October 2012: The main aim of this organisation is to organise a march to Brussels. We have already translated their website into Spanish and Italian, along with some other documents. However, we are now translating their website into Dutch, Portuguese and Catalan.
- Fian Belgique
Fian Belgique is, as the name suggests,the Belgian section of the international association, Fian. Founded in 1986, the NGO aims to promote the human right to food of those suffering hunger and malnutrition. This association acts in two main ways:
• It defends the right to food.
• It supports those whose right to food has been violated.
It also draws public attention to the issue and reminds governments of their human rights obligations under the pacts and conventions they have signed and ratified.
August 2012: We lent Fian Belgique our services with some translations from French into Dutch.
October 2012: We translated some documents from French into Dutch for this Belgian NGO. It’s always a pleasure to work with them.
- Hope for Football
This Italian organisation hopes to encourage cooperation between Italy and Lithuania in social, educational and cooperative projects. Through the use of sport, above all football, the NGO offers orphaned Lithuanian children the opportunity to discover the values, joy and positivity that these activities can bring them, preventing emotional problems and negative situations at such a young age.

- Reporters sans frontières (Reporters without borders)
This French NGO founded in 1985 by 4 journalists. It campaigns for freedom of information which it believes is the cornerstone of democracy and which, sadly, nearly half of the world’s population lacks.
September and October 2012: We are consistently lending our services to this French NGO by translating documents into different languages.

This children’s home in Bali, Indonesia supports 36 underprivileged children and aims to bring them up in such a way that their physical, emotional, educational and spiritual needs are fulfilled. It hopes to equip them with the necessary skills to leave the home as mature adults capable of making a difference in the world.
June 2012: We were asked to translate their whole website into Dutch.

This French association was founded in 1989 and works on development projects in disadvantaged areas.
June 2012: We were asked to carry out some translations from Italian into Bulgarian.

The This association was founded in Luxembourg in June 2010 and seeks to provide information and support scientific research into the uses of cannabis and its derivatives in herbal medicine. It also hopes to facilitate the exchange of information between researchers, doctors and patients and to collaborate with similar national and international organisations. Through this, it hopes to bring about changes to the legal framework and administrative practices regulating the distribution, importation and production of cannabis-based products for medicinal purposes.
September 2012: We lent them our services with a translation from English into French.
